Two Days

Nothing cuts better than a panel saw of your own making! In two days you'll make your own custom rip or crosscut hand saw with a hand-cranked Foley toother and a handle shaped to your own grip. Tom Calisto prepares the spring steel (non-taper ground) plate and beech and walnut banks for for the handle. Depending on your working speed, you may have time to make one, one and a half, or two saws. Saw plate, nuts and handle blank are $60 payable to the instructor on the day of the class.
